Processing time:
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Please notice that some items such as new cushions, upholstery, spare parts, textiles, and dining chairs with new upholstery may have a longer handling times. The handling time for these items can be seen in the description of each listing.
Summer processing times:
Please note that some of the items in the shop have a longer handling time during the workshop vacation in week 29,30, and 31. The normal handling time will not start counting until Monday in week 32.
The items with longer handling times include:
- All items in the "Cushions/Replacement kits" section
- Arne Jacobsen Seven series chairs with custom upholstery
- Poufs
- Illum Wikkelsø armchairs
All other items will be dispatched within the normal handling times.
Christmas / New Year processing times:
Cushions, upholstery, fabrics, and model 3107 chairs - The period December 22 to January 3 has to be added to the normal 8-day handling time.
The items with longer handling times include:
- All items in the "Cushions/Replacement kits" section
- Arne Jacobsen Seven series chairs with custom upholstery
- Poufs
- Illum Wikkelsø armchairs
All other items will be dispatched within the normal handling times.
Estimated shipping times:
Denmark: 1-3 business days
North America: 2-8 business days
Europe: 2-5 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 9-15 business days
Asia Pacific: 5-10 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-15 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 5-10 business days
Sub-Saharan Africa: 5-10 business days
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sales & coupons:
We reserve the right to cancel any discount coupons without any further notice. Coupons cannot be combined with ongoing sales prices. We will cancel any orders where a coupon code has been used on a listing on sale.
