PostNord provides the following services:
- PostNord MyPack Collect
- PostNord MyPack Home

- PostNord EMS International Express

PostNord MyPack Collect:
This service is available for a number of EU countries. PostNord delivers your parcel at a collection address close to you and send you an e-mail notification with the pick up details when the parcel is ready to get picked up.
Delivery time: The delivery time for domestic shipment is usually one business day. The delivery time for all other shipments is 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please allow an additional 2-3 days if you are resident outside larger urban areas.
PostNord MyPack Home
This service is available for all countries except for the countries included in the PostNord EMS International Express service below. PostNord delivers the parcel at your home. If you are not at home at the time of delivery PostNord will either re-attempt delivery or take the parcel to a collection address close to you and send you an e-mail notification with the pick up details.
Delivery time: The deliver time for domestic shipment is usually one business day. The delivery time for all other shipments is 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please allow an additional 2-3 days if you are resident outside larger urban areas.
PostNord MyPack Economy
This service is only available for Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
Delivery time: The delivery time is usually 4-9 days to the Faroe Islands and 17-27 days to Greenland.
PostNord EMS International Express
This service is an affordable and unique international express solution available for 10 countries. PostNord EMS International Express parcels gets high priority at airports.
Delivery time: The deliver time is usually up to 5 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days if you are resident outside larger urban areas.
Countries included: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and United States.
