From Denmark to the rest of you with PostNord. Here you’ll find information about processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and tracking your parcel.

Processing time

Processing times vary by product. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Please check the individual product page for stock availability (in stock or pre-order) and estimated shipping timeframes before placing your order.

Domestic shipping (Denmark)

Most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.

International shipping

We ship worldwide using PostNord Tracked. Estimated delivery times:

• EU: 4–7 business days to most EU countries.
• UK: 5–8 business days (may be affected by local customs processing following Brexit).
• US / Canada: 6–10 business days (customs processing in the US/Canada may add extra days).
• Australia: 7–12 business days.
• Other countries: 8–15 business days (depending on the destination country's infrastructure and distance).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties are collected at checkout. For other destinations, any applicable customs duties and import taxes are payable by the customer upon delivery unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

After your parcel reaches the destination country, you may also be able to track it on the local postal service’s website using the same tracking number. Availability depends on the delivery partner, and local tracking updates may take some time to appear.

For our most common destinations outside the EU, final delivery is handled by the local postal services listed below. Once your parcel reaches your country, you can also use the same tracking number on its website to check for delivery updates:

• United States: USPS
• United Kingdom: Royal Mail tracking
• Canada: Canada Post tracking
• Australia: Australia Post tracking

If your tracking number is not recognised, continue using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or contact us for help.
