The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. We will send smaller packages within one business day. For larger items we will need three business days to prepare the freight boxes.
Please notice that some items such as new cushions, upholstery, spare parts, textiles, and dining chairs with new upholstery may have a longer handling times. The handling time for these items can be seen in the description of each listing.
Summer sale handling times:
The handling time is longer during the summer sale as most of the production team will be on holiday from July 7 until July 27. This period should be added to the normal handling time of each item.
Estimated shipping times:
DHL Express: 2-3 business days
DHL Economy Select: 4-6 business days
GLS: 2-6 business days
DHL Ocean freight: Varies. Examples: New York, US 20-24 days and Sydney, Australia 47-50 days.
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
