A pink Songbird with a personal family story.
Ruth, the Kay Bojesen Songbird, brings a gentle touch of colour to your home with her pink body and familiar wooden-bird character. Named after Kay Bojesen's Swedish daughter-in-law, she carries a family connection alongside her distinctive appearance.
Kay Bojesen first designed his colourful Songbirds in the 1950s, but they were not put into production at the time. Ruth brings that design heritage into a keepsake to enjoy today, whether she has a place of her own on a shelf or joins other separately sold Songbirds in a collection.
Made from FSC-certified painted beech and standing 15 cm tall, Ruth is a thoughtful gift for a christening, birthday, graduation, anniversary or wedding. Give her to someone who loves pink or appreciates Danish design with a personal story, and let her become a familiar companion in their home.
