A spool of 3.5-mm-diameter thick laced/coarse chair-quality paper cord which can be used for renewing the woven seats on some of the iconic Danish mid century chairs and armchairs.
The paper cord is also great for different kinds of creative DIY projects like benches, stools, headboards, sideboards, room dividers, and baskets.
The spool is 440-m-long and is weighing approximately 5 kg. One spool usually has paper cord for 3-4 normal sized dining chairs depending on the model.
The paper cord comes in two color variants:
- Natural
- Black
This type of paper cord is traditionally used for the following Danish design chairs:
- Børge Mogensen People's Chair model J39 (illustrated on image 7-8)
- Hans J. Wegner rocking chair model j16 (illustrated on image 9-10)
- Hans J. Wegner footstool model j16
