Open wings and a welcoming character, a Danish design companion since 1954.
The Kay Bojesen Puffin brings the charm of the sea bird into your home through a familiar wooden form. With its open wings and welcoming shape, it makes a characterful addition to a bookshelf, sideboard or collection of Danish design.
First created by Kay Bojesen in 1954, the Puffin is also affectionately known as the sea parrot. Its inviting stance gives it a presence of its own, whether displayed alone or among your favourite wooden animals.
Made from FSC-certified painted beech, this Puffin stands 19.6 cm tall. Choose it to mark a christening, birthday, graduation or wedding, or give it to someone special as a keepsake with a design story to share. A familiar place in the home can make it a reminder of the occasion and the person behind the gift.
