Seventy years of charm, celebrated in a special mini edition.
The Kay Bojesen Puffin Mini 70th Anniversary Edition brings a beloved Danish design into a compact 13.5 cm size. Produced only in 2024 to mark the Puffin's 70th anniversary, this edition is a distinctive addition to a collection and a thoughtful gift for someone who appreciates enduring design.
Kay Bojesen created his original Puffin in 1954, inspired by the charming bird of the cold north. Its colourful beak and friendly expression capture the playful spirit of his wooden animals. Theatre painter Svend Rasmussen was responsible for the original bird's colours and distinctive beak, pairing simple lines with a characterful palette.
Made from FSC-certified beech wood and carefully painted, this mini edition carries that same welcoming expression. Display it as a small focal point in your home, or give it to mark a christening, birthday, graduation, anniversary or wedding: a piece to enjoy now and keep through the years.
