🌼 Fresh blue cornflowers for your morning coffee.
The Royal Copenhagen Flora High Handle Cup and Saucer Cornflower brings a garden-inspired detail to your daily ritual. A lush cornflower opens its fresh blue petals beside two buds poised to bloom, capturing the flower at different stages in one botanical composition.
Designed by Anja Vang Kragh in bone china, this cup and saucer belong to the Flora collection, where individual flowers take centre stage. The collection echoes the long tradition of flowers as a language of sentiment, from Victorian floriography to Japanese hanakotoba.
Start the morning with coffee in your favourite floral cup, or set it out for an unhurried afternoon tea. Enjoy the cornflower on its own or combine it with other Flora pieces to create a table of different blooms. The 27 cL capacity suits tea and coffee, making this a useful addition to your collection and a thoughtful gift for a flower lover or Royal Copenhagen collector.

The three waves
Royal Copenhagen's three blue waves were proposed as the factory's trademark in 1775 by Queen Dowager Juliane Marie. They symbolise the Sound, the Great Belt and the Little Belt, Denmark's three main waterways, connecting the piece with the manufacturer's heritage.
