A playful desk companion with a useful story dating back to 1955.
The Kay Bojesen Hippo brings the warmth of FSC-certified oak to your desk, bookshelf or wooden animal collection. Originally created as a desktop pencil holder, it pairs everyday usefulness with the imaginative character of Kay Bojesen's wooden universe.
First designed in 1955, the Hippo turns a simple desk accessory into a companion with personality. Let it look after a pencil beside your workspace, or give it a familiar place among books and treasured objects where its natural oak can become part of your daily surroundings.
Choose the Hippo for a christening, birthday, graduation, anniversary or wedding, or give it to someone who appreciates Danish design with a practical origin. It is a thoughtful keepsake to mark a new chapter and a characterful addition to an existing collection.
